I would
like to introduce my practice and highlight the services that I offer.
Choosing a dentist is one of the most
important decisions you can make. You want someone who is qualified, caring, and accessible to you. Someone willing to take
the time to go over all of your options and treat you as an individual, not just as another patient. This is not an assembly
line practice. I schedule patients with adequate time between appointments. I address each individual's concerns and perform
my procedures without being rushed.
In my office, all procedures - both non-surgical and surgical - are performed
by myself, not a dental hygienist, another general dentist or other less qualified staff members. In my practice, I pride
myself on patient service, using safe and proven procedures, and leading-edge dental technology. I am not involved in any
clinical research or product study.
I keep infection control a priority. I know that preventing the spread
of infectious diseases such as AIDS, herpes, hepatitis and even the cold virus is critical and take sterilization very seriously. I submit to spore testing by the Biomedical Science Department at Marquette University to ensure
that my instruments are properly sterilized. I use barrier techniques such as disposable masks and gloves and change them
for every patient. Every piece of equipment is wiped-down with antibacterial solution prior to every operatory procedure.
Water lines and evacuation hoses are cleaned per the guidelines of the American Dental Association. We use autoclave
sterilization for all instruments prior to dental examination and treatment.
The majority of procedures are covered by your dental
and or medical insurance. Understand that insurance coverage should not be the basis for developing your treatment plan or
determining whether you should be referred to a periodontist.
I have created this website for both new and current
patients with the help of medical doctors, fellow dental specialist, dentists, hygienists and past patients. It includes specific
information about myself, my practice, and general periodontal information.
